Blasco Solicitors & Notary Public is a small and busy law practice located in Maynooth, Co. Kildare. We are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team.
Role and Responsibilities
· General administration of the office to ensure smooth daily operation
· Receptionist duties, including guest greeting, mailing, courier services and conference room management
· Provide assistance to Executive Director
· Supporting key legal projects as required from time to time.
· Supporting an Irish Notary Public.
· Other administrative duties as required by supervisor and senior management.
Preferred Requirements:
· Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience in office administration role or similar function;
· Good interpersonal and communications skills;
· Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility, proactive and excellent team player;
· Self-motivated and well organised, with an ability to work independently under pressure;
· Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.); and
· Strong command of both written and spoken English.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple requests and good time management skills.
· Team player and fast learner.
· Fluent English.
· Knowledge of additional EU languages
